Nice! I love that you’re doing that. I’m not only inspired to try some altered art myself right now, I also had inspiration for a journal last night. So two different projects, but both definitely outside my normal kind of work. I’m looking forward to the process, and possibly the result. Even if imperfect.
Thanks, Mandy! I’m on Week 7 of the Artist’s Way (all about perfection!) and this is a wonderful reminder to me. I need to take my dreams seriously and venture out… not wait for that miracle to drop out of the sky.
I love looking at others art/journaling pages, completely inspiring! Someday maybe I will have the courage to get ‘messy’ myself and actually do this. Thanks for the inspiration!:)
I absolutely love your blog. A friend just sent me your link this week & it’s pretty much all I’ve been reading since. You have quite a talent and obviously a heart to match. Please keep writing…
I always love to see what you’re creating Alison. I made these quite awhile ago and am just now finally sharing them.
Christina, I made a commitment to myself to create a journal page a day for one week. That’s where these came from. I picked out a set number of “supplies” for each page, and that made the getting messy and choosing what to use more manageable.
Yea Amanda! I love Artist’s Way. So cool you were on the week about perfection.
Thank you Marsha. I am so glad you came by and commented. Thank you so much for the encouragement! It means a lot.
