		<description>Today I had some help with the baby and I began to clean the house. Then I realized I really needed to just take a bath. So I did. Lucky for me because tonight was he monster bedtime meltdown that included 45 minutes of nonstop screaming by the one and a half year old. I was totally fine and never once felt overwhelmed by it. Much less has overwhelmed me in the past when I have not had my rest. So I am grateful I had the bath today. Also grateful to have awareness brought to it by your talk!</description>
