I’m having a hard time finding the time or the energy to blog right now. For those of you who read my blog and don’t know, our family transitioned from Ohio to California this week. We drove across the country with our three children and all our belongings. We have arrived safely and are all healthy, but all of our belongings did not fair so well. Our U-Haul truck was stolen in Las Vegas. A crazy and unfortunate turn of events. I have been wanting to update my blog, sharing our adventures in traveling, all the beauty we’ve seen in western landscapes, and the like, but now I’m just finding it near impossible to even feel like doing it. I’m just trying to place one foot in the front of the other right now. I am so thankful for all the family and friends and even strangers who God is blessing us through. We feel hope and peace despite the craziness of our lives right now.
My husband, Tony, is doing a great job updating his blog with our story, and so if you’re interested in updates on how we’re doing, you might just pop over and check it out. (His link is on the right hand side of my blog. Thanks so much, and I hope to return to the blogging world sometime in the future. For now, keep us in your prayers.

I’m praying for you and your family, Mandy. I’m so sorry you’re going through this. If I can help you in any way or even provide a listening ear or shoulder, remember I’m just an hour and 15 minutes away! You’re my neighbor now!
Mandy – when Robin called and told me what had happened I was just heartsick for you and Tony. I have been praying for you all. My empathy was/is in full force and I cried (you know me…literally cried) to the Lord on behalf of your precious family.
