Moleskinerie Article

I awoke this morning to find a couple new comments on my blog…names I didn’t recognize. It was a fun surprise. (C’mon, who doesn’t like seeing new comments! And from such talented people. Thank you guys!) But that was only the beginning. After a couple more comments trickled through, I began on a search to find just exactly where people were finding me from. Imagine my surprise when I clicked through to Moleskinerie (one of my steady inspirational links that I keep on the righthand side of my blog) to find a picture of myself staring back at me. Are you kidding me? They linked to my blog? They featured my inner-monologue?
I told my husband. He was as surprised as I was. He was the one to introduce me to the fun of moleskines and moleskinerie.com to begin with. I return to that site regularly, checking out the featured artists and thinking, “Why can’t I create like them?” And never in a million years did I dream I’d see myself and my own words listed there.
Now like never before I’m committed to contributing to the world of art and the pages of my blog. I simply love the connection I’m making with other artist souls out there. Makes it all seem more possible. Makes my dreams seem more real. Makes me feel connected to something much bigger then myself…and that’s always a good thing.

Thanking God today for the gifts and passions He’s instilled in me.
